Responsibilities * Dedicate 15 hours per week to lead generation activities * Host four open houses each month * Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in script practice sessions and other team-oriented activities * Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties * Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients * Maintain records of activities and client interactions Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
