Personal Lines Account Manager Wadsworth, OH General Placement Service is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a collaborative and rapidly growing independent insurance agency to support a growing book of business. This role is ideal for a service-minded professional who enjoys solving complex coverage needs, partnering with producers, and strengthening long-term client relationships. This career opportunity operates on a hybrid work schedule of 2 days per week in the office and days from home. Candidates within a 3 hour drive radius will also be considered for a more remote role. Responsibilities * Manage and service a designated book of personal lines accounts. * Perform detailed coverage reviews and risk analyses for clients and prospects. * Assist with renewals, coverage changes, and claims support * Grow and maintain long-term client relationships * Pursue ongoing professional development through training and continuing education. Qualifications * 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience. * Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients and internal teams. * Ability to learn new processes, systems, and technology quickly. * Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 60 days). * Commitment to contributing positively to a team-driven, service-oriented culture. * Experience on EPIC agency management system preferred.
