Job Title: Account Manager Christensen Landscape Services is an award winning, residential design/build company seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our staff. As a part of our Maintenance Management team, you will have the opportunity to explore and work on some of the most diverse, high-end landscapes the New Haven County shoreline has to offer. Position Overview The Account Manager leadership role is responsible for client sales and interactions, daily scheduling, crew management and efficiency while also implementing safety protocols. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the territory assigned * Generate accurate estimates and develop proposals submitted directly to clients * Schedule multiple 3-5 person crews daily Monday through Friday throughout the year * Lead daily rollout meetings with crew leaders providing direction and projected job expectations * Oversee and ensure all safety measures are implemented on jobsites * Continuous training to improve the overall quality, efficiency and growth of crew leaders * Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure client needs are maintained * Promote enhancement sales to grow with and align to client visions General Requirements * Bachelor's Degree within the Business and/or Green Industry * Minimum of 3 years in a Management or Supervisory role * Pesticide Applicator License or Supervisory License * Strong Communication skills with clients and employees * Valid Driver's License * OSHA 10 Certificate * Horticultural Background * Superb Communication Benefits * Health Insurance * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Full Year Employment * Bonus Opportunity * 401K Match Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan Experience: * Management or Supervisory role in the green industry: 3 years (Required) * Horticulture: 3 years (Required) Language: * Fluent in English and Spanish Language (Required) License/Certification: * Pesticide Applicator License or Supervisory License (Required) * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Northford, CT 06472 (Required) Work Location: In person
