Introduction Join our dynamic and growing team! We are a well-established company based in Elkhart, Indiana, serving the RV and Cargo trailer industries. We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to strengthen existing partnerships and help us expand our customer base across North America. RV or cargo, specialty trailer or marine Industry or lighting industry experience is a plus What You'll Do * Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners * Identify new sales opportunities and proactively pursue leads to grow our market share * Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals * Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events * Act as the communication link between customers and internal teams, ensuring top-tier service and support * Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency to maintain trust and satisfaction * Meet and exceed sales goals through both new client acquisition and account growth * Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to internal leadership What We're Looking For * Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (RV or lighting industry experience is a plus) * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive both independently and within a team * Ability to understand client needs and build trust-based relationships * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a bonus What We Offer * Competitive base salary + commission structure * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Clear opportunities for career growth and advancement * A chance to work in a stable, respected company with a strong presence in the Cargo specialty trailer industry Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Vision insurance Experience: * RV industry (or): 5 years (Required) * Cargo trailer industry (or): 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * their driving record is clean within the past 5 years.
