Role Overview: We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Athletic Market. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and strategic engagement with key decision-makers across high schools, colleges, universities, and professional sports teams. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively prospect and promote Grid product offerings to athletics organizations within your territory. * Collaborate with the Director of Athletics and internal departments to gain deep product and industry knowledge. * Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, general contractors, athletic directors, coaches, general managers, and facility managers. * Manage public bids, monitor Google Alerts, and respond to referrals and website inquiries at a rapid speed. * Identify and attend networking events and trade shows to expand market presence. * Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to deliver best-in-class solutions. * Partner closely with project management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Qualifications: * Sports-minded with an athletic background or experience in the athletic industry. * Highly self-motivated with strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage active projects. * Competitive spirit and proven ability to generate new opportunities and close sales. * Excellent interpersonal skills for leading large meetings and presentations. * Ability to travel: valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. * Home Office or environment free of distractions. * Intermediate proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
