Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Property & Casualty Insurance Location: Friendswood, TX (On-site) Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 annually + performance bonus About the Opportunity Lucid Search Group is partnering with a well-established independent insurance agency in Friendswood, TX , to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can provide excellent support to existing clients and manage policy accounts effectively. IDEAL Qualifications * Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required or ability to obtain soon after hire). * 1+ years of insurance customer service or account management experience. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Familiarity with insurance management systems (e.g., Applied, QQ, Epic) preferred. * A proactive, customer-first mindset and ability to multitask effectively. * Reliable - can be present at work on a daily basis Position Overview The CSR will handle renewals, process client requests, assist with claims coordination, and ensure smooth daily account operations. A background in Property & Casualty insurance and an active Texas P &C license are preferred for success in this position. Key Responsibilities * Manage existing client accounts and handle daily service requests and renewals. * Provide prompt, professional communication with clients via phone, email, or in person. * Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and billing updates accurately. * Support clients through claims processes and liaise with carriers as needed. * Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell appropriate coverage options. * Maintain complete and up-to-date records in the agency management system. * Collaborate with agents and team members to deliver exceptional client service. Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: $40,000-$50,000 depending on experience. * Bonus opportunities based on performance and retention. * Paid time off and holidays. * Support for continued education and licensing renewal.
