Are you ready to start your story with us? < Job Overview> The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will support the Accounting and Events team by reviewing outstanding invoices and working directly with clients to resolve unpaid balances. This role involves researching account details, communicating with clients through phone and email, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the process. < Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:> * Reviewing and organizing records for shows with outstanding payments * Cross-referencing internal systems to verify invoice and client information * Communicating with clients via phone and email to collect payment or resolve billing questions * Providing consistent follow-up to ensure timely payment * Maintaining accurate tracking and documentation of outreach and payment status < Skills & Qualifications> * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts * Excellent customer service and professional communication skills * Comfortable speaking with clients via phone, email, and video calls * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing financial information * Ability to track, update, and maintain records in an organized system * Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid sick time * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
