Responsibilities * Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program * Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Host two open houses each month * Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards * Take part in team activities as outlined by team standards * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties * Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services * Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers * Maintain records of activities and clients using PLACE Technology Qualifications * You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge. * Skilled in establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions. * Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise. * Naturally adept at handling objections. * Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service. * Collaborative team member * Licensed real estate agent * Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales * Excellent written and oral communication abilities * Eager to learn and focused on growth * Highly organized * Open to learning scripts and dialogues * Superior time management skills About-our-team We are a Real Broker LLC team powered by PLACE, a broker-agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers.
