Overview Spectrum Alliance is seeking motivated Junior Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving revenue through client acquisition and relationship management while working in a flexible, independent contractor position. Responsibilities * Research and qualify leads using approved tools and sources * Conduct outbound prospecting and manage inbound inquiries * Schedule and support discovery calls with prospective clients * Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline * Prepare client materials and assist with administrative tasks * Follow structured SOPs for outreach, lead handling, and compliance Experience & Skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Comfortable using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms * Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year Benefits: * Work from home Work Location: Remote
