Position Overview King Slide is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our functional hardware products--specifically drawer slides and cabinet hinges--within the U.S. market. This critical role involves driving sales growth, managing a dedicated team of sales professionals, and fostering strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales experience within the kitchen and bath industry, particularly engaging with major home improvement retailers and kitchen cabinet manufacturers. A proven track record of securing and managing key accounts effectively is essential. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enhance King Slide's U.S. market share and drive significant revenue growth * Identify and pursue new market opportunities, demonstrating a proven ability to close deals and effectively manage relationships with key clients * Maintain continuous communication with King Slide headquarters, providing follow-up and support to ensure accountability and high retention rates within the sales team * Collaborate closely with operations to ensure alignment and enhance the delivery and execution of services * Deliver exceptional customer service and provide technical support to address client needs promptly and effectively * Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction * Oversee and monitor project progress from Taiwan to the client, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery * Conduct regular product training sessions for the representatives and sales team Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the kitchen and bath industry, with a preference for experience in cabinets, closets, drawer slides, or related household hardware * Demonstrated success in market development and client management, with a proven track record of closing deals and maintaining high levels of client engagement * Strong ability to cultivate customer trust and loyalty, leading to increased repeat business and cross-selling opportunities * Proven experience in managing a sales team of 5 or more members * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency in a second language to engage effectively with clients in neighboring regions * Ability to model and coach effective sales behaviors, including executive-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive analysis, supported by a successful track record in commercial teams * Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, demonstrating effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
