Customer Service Representative (New Market Expansion) (Sales Team) Wilmington, Delaware Full-Time Position B2B | Telecom Merchant Row is expanding into Wilmington, Delaware, and we're growing our team in partnership with T-Mobile to support local businesses with reliable communication and connectivity solutions. As a boutique sales agency with global experience and a people-first approach, we believe great service is the foundation of strong, long-term business relationships. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support business clients throughout their journey by providing clear communication, ongoing assistance, and a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with our sales and account teams to ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the services they receive. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and being part of a professional, fast-moving business environment. What You 'll Be Doing * Supporting business customers by answering questions and providing clear, helpful information about telecom services * Acting as a reliable point of contact for client enquiries, updates, and follow-ups * Assisting with onboarding and account support to ensure a smooth customer experience * Communicating with internal teams to resolve issues and relay client feedback * Maintaining accurate client records and tracking service-related interactions * Building positive, professional relationships with business clients through regular communication * Supporting the wider team to ensure service standards and client satisfaction remain high What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly, professional approach to customer interaction * Confidence handling questions and resolving issues calmly * Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable * Interest in customer service, business support, or telecom * Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or office-based support is helpful but not required What You 'll Gain * Structured training in customer service and telecom solutions * Hands-on experience supporting T-Mobile Business clients * Weekly pay with performance-based incentives ($1100 - $1125 Per week) * A full-time opportunity within a supportive, team-oriented environment * Clear pathways to progress into account support, sales coordination, or client management roles At Merchant Row, we know that great customer experiences drive long-term success.
