What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): * Engage with customers to understand their wireless and financing needs , providing comprehensive solutions and guiding them through available options. * Clearly explain product features, service plans, financing terms, and contractual agreements , ensuring customers make informed decisions. * Accurately handle cash, process payments, and manage register operations with precision. * Conduct daily inventory procedures at both opening and closing to ensure accurate stock levels. * Actively participate in daily training and company calls to stay informed and continuously improve skills. * Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, meeting a minimum required threshold for daily interactions. * Actively listen to customer concerns and effectively troubleshoot issues to achieve positive outcomes. * Demonstrate and explain the features of various phones, tablets, and other technological devices to customers. * Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to a vibrant and successful sales environment. * Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology and service offerings to confidently advise customers. What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills): * Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a contract-based, postpaid, or "buy now, pay later" company is highly valued. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. * Excellent mathematical skills and a strong aptitude for handling financial transactions, including cash and register operations, with a comfort discussing financing options. * Strong comfort level with technology, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and various operating systems. * A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a track record of resolving issues efficiently and empathetically. * Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems quickly. * Problem-solving mindset with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. * High attention to detail and accuracy in managing information and processes. * High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
