SHOWROOM DESIGN & SALES CONSULTANT At Pomogranit + ADR, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customer experience representing luxury tiles and stone brands. We believe in combining love of Interior Design and Selling Skills to build relationship with our design community to develop and grow our base. Pomogranit + ADR is looking for an experienced Design & Sales Consultant for our NEW Retail Showroom who has the ability to interact with high end clientele, has a flair for interior design, good color sense, and is highly motivated. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INTERIOR DESIGN BACK GROUND Responsibilities * Assisting showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale * Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability * Entering Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing * Work with a wide range of customers from diverse backgrounds, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products. * Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information * Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately * Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field * Confident, warm and friendly; consultative sales approach * Continuous follow up with the customers to ensure they are taken care of by supplying samples and guidance * Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed after each client visit and through out the day * Required to work Saturdays (Sat 9 am - 1 pm) Qualifications * Understanding the importance of repeats and referrals and cultivating relationships * Experience in customer service or retail sales of any kind, where YOU are the main reason your clients keep coming back * The ability to be consistently inspirational and create delightful customer and brand experiences * Problem solving, leadership and listening skills * Organizational and time management skills Benefits: * Medical Insurance, company pays part of it and employee responsible for the rest * Paid Time Off (10 Days Yearly - PTO; on an accrual bases (vacation time is earned every month). * Plus paid holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting $40,000 - $45,000 per year + quarterly commission * Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm + Saturday 9 am - 1 pm * Commission pay Education: * Bachelor's Interior's Design (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Experience: 3 years (Required) * Merchandising: 3 years (Preferred) * Customer service: 3 years (Required) * Interior design: 3 years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
