Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. Locations hiring include Bellevue and/or Lynnwood locations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales & technology, possess excellent communication & organization skills, and have a strong desire to control their income via commission sales. Duties: - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and in store interactions with customers - Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective account management techniques via phone, in store, and email. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients - Collaborate with the management to develop and reach sales targets - Upkeep appearance of store and stock management of inventory - Greet, consult, and recommend products and packages to customers based on their needs and requirements Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development - Working weekends and major holidays (excluding Christmas and Thanksgiving) - Familiarity with consumer electronics is a plus - Ability to thrive in a specialty retail environment with time to dedicate to a customer or train in sales and product knowledge - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills Benefits: - 100% commission model with no cap (base pay provided if threshold not met) - High earning potential with monthly bonus opportunity - Hire from within model provides advancements to management available upon performance reviews - Employee discount on products carried - 1-on-1 training - Paid sick time accrual - Health, Vision, and Dental plans Join us as a Sales Consultant and be part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction, collaboration, and success.
