Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in smoke shop products ,sales, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach to selling and customer service, with an emphasis on building relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize basic math skills for transactions and cash handling, ensuring accuracy at the cash register.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Process sales transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive shopping environment.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in smoke shop sales " IS A MUST"
• Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations.
• A proactive attitude towards selling and customer service excellence.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required; candidates who can communicate in multiple languages will be highly valued.
• A passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.
