Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Generate new residential and commercial pest control accounts * Conduct face-to-face consultations and product demonstrations to educate clients on our unique pest control services and solutions. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to identify potential customers. * Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Perform territory management by planning daily routes efficiently and tracking sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively while meeting company guidelines. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on territory or account management. * Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for lead tracking, follow-up, and analysis. * Ability to conduct product demos confidently and effectively communicate technical information. * Skilled in business development strategies including cold calling, inside sales, and retail sales techniques. * Exceptional analysis skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities within assigned territories. * Experience in management or leadership roles related to sales or territory oversight is a plus.
