About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of 1HundredXRoofing --meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative roofing and bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This is an exciting outside sales role where you'll use cutting-edge technology to design and sell premium home improvement products. This position requires a high-energy, go-getter attitude , the ability to thrive within a company rooted in Christian values , and residential construction experience to confidently guide homeowners through bath and roofing options. Candidates must also have 2+ years of in-home sales experience to excel in this consultative role. Your Responsibilities * Present our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad * Participate in weekly sales training to continually sharpen your skills * Use our intuitive software to design customized bath and roofing solutions * Deliver pricing and close sales consistently * Represent 1HundredXRoofing with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm in every home What We're Looking For * 2+ years of in-home sales experience (required) * Residential construction experience (required) * High-energy, go-getter personality (required) * Ability to work well within a company grounded in Christian values * Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills * Reliable transportation and local residency * Confidence in delivering presentations and speaking with homeowners * Independent, goal-oriented, and disciplined work ethic * Outgoing, articulate personality that excels in social and consultative environments Compensation This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
