We're opening a brand-new showroom in Livonia for Kaja Construction and Adore Remodeling , and we're looking for a motivated Sales Associate / Admin to be the front face of the business. This is a great opportunity to grow with a new showroom and play a key role in daily operations and customer experience. Responsibilities * Greet and assist walk-in showroom customers * Answer incoming phone calls and text messages * Respond to emails and online inquiries * Follow up on leads, estimates, and appointments * Schedule consultations and showroom visits * CRM data entry and lead tracking * Support sales and project managers with admin tasks * Maintain a clean, organized, professional showroom * Provide excellent customer service from first contact to project start What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and people skills * Professional, friendly, and organized * Comfortable talking to homeowners about remodeling projects * Able to multitask and follow up consistently * Tech-savvy (email, CRM, basic office tools) Huge Plus (Preferred) * Experience using or knowledge of ProKitchen Software ([please apply online] * Prior experience with kitchen & bath contractors, remodeling companies, or showrooms * Understanding of remodeling workflows (estimates, timelines, selections) * Albanian-speaking * Sales or customer service background Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): * Do you have any experience in sales or admin of Bath, Kitchen, Plumbing, Tiles, Flooring , interior remodeling ? = * What is your hourly rate expectation ?
