Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Houston, TX. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service and experience. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming orders via phone, email, and social media channels * Enter and manage orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and daily fulfillment * Coordinate with Outside Sales Representatives to support customer needs and resolve issues * Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns * Manage and process claims with timely follow-up and resolution * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses * Assist with dealer onboarding, account follow-ups, and support requests * Help identify and escalate potential issues to management as needed Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficient with basic computer systems, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM/ERP tools * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment * Experience in the automotive or aftermarket industry is a plus * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required * Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive dealership operations, aftermarket installers, or protective films is a plus. * Mindset: Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven.
