Job Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Sales Manager to lead our team and drive growth in our landscape maintenance division. This role involves networking and developing relationships, building maintenance proposals, and delivering high-quality communication to current and future clients. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, strong communication skills, self-accountability, time management skills, extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance and horticulture, and a proven track record in sales within the landscaping or construction industry. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company growth objectives in the commercial maintenance sector. * Maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including property managers, business owners, and municipal agencies. * Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts for landscape maintenance. * Lead team members to achieve individual and team goals while providing coaching and mentorship. * Coordinate with Ownership to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations and company standards. * Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction. * Active involvement in maintenance scheduling, along with current maintenance account site visits. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs. Experience * 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (commercial services preferred) * Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscape construction, or related fields through a sales portfolio. * Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively within the maintenance industry. * Competent Training on popular Landscaping industry software. This includes but is not limited to LMN, BOSS, & or Aspire. * Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening practices, and landscape maintenance techniques. * Demonstrated success in sales roles with the ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships. * Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects/properties simultaneously. * Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects is a plus. * Excellent communication skills combined with a professional demeanor suitable for client interactions at all levels. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead a team while delivering exceptional outdoor solutions that enhance commercial properties.
