Regional Sales Manager -- Wholesale Automotive PartsAbout the Opportunity A fast-growing automotive aftermarket company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead territory growth, manage key accounts, and drive revenue within a defined multi-state region. This is a high-visibility role for a proven sales leader with strong wholesale parts experience and established industry relationships. Responsibilities * Own and manage regional sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets * Develop and maintain relationships with collision repair centers, dealerships, MSOs, and independent automotive shops * Recruit, onboard, and manage new customer accounts * Conduct regular territory visits, sales presentations, and onsite meetings * Track KPIs, pipeline development, and account performance * Identify new markets, opportunities, and distribution channels * Partner with operations, customer service, and distribution teams to ensure excellent service and customer retention * Report directly to senior leadership with weekly forecast and performance updates Qualifications 3 -5+ years of experience in wholesale automotive parts, collision repair, or automotive aftermarket sales Strong existing network within the collision, dealership, or parts distribution ecosystem Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Ability to travel regionally (50-70% travel expected) Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus Preferred Experience * Working with MSOs, body shops, and dealership parts departments * Knowledge of OEM vs aftermarket parts distribution * Understanding of parts pricing, logistics, and supply chain * Territory management experience Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + bonus/commission structure * Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off * Career advancement opportunity with a stable, national organization Success Metrics * New account acquisition * Monthly/quarterly revenue growth * Customer retention & account satisfaction * Territory expansion and penetration * Closing ratio & pipeline management Location Requirements * Must live within the assigned region * Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation How to Apply Please submit your resume including: * Current or most recent territory covered * Top 3 sales wins in the last year * Monthly or quarterly revenue achievements Contact If qualified, a recruiter will reach out to discuss next steps.
