Automotive BDC Agent (Business Development Representative) Our Right Price Auto team is growing, and we are looking for you! What will your responsibilities be? * Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries. Provide customers with initial product and dealership information. Direct customers to appropriate dealership resources * Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers. * Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products. * Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect. * Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service. * Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions. * Work closely with sales team to follow up with existing and potential customers via phone, text, and email. * Utilize CRM tracking system daily What do we need from you? * Prior customer relations or BDC/Call Center experience is a requirement. * High school diploma or GED equivalent. * Excellent telephone skills are a must * Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner. * Enjoy talking on the phone and willing to help customers. Excellent customer relationship skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: * Insurance plans available for eligible full time associates after 90 days * 401k retirement * Paid Holidays for eligible associates after 90 days * $17 per hour + bonuses, pay may vary depending on experience.
