The Position The Little Bird is seeking a part-time Lead Sales Associate to join our team. Ideal candidates will bring 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or women's contemporary fashion, along with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to drive sales. A genuine love of fashion, curiosity to learn, and a flexible, can-do attitude are essential. We value associates who are eager to engage with clients both during and after the sale to cultivate lasting relationships and maximize selling opportunities. This role requires flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. Store hours are Monday-Saturday: 10 am-6 pm, and Sunday: 12 pm-5 pm. This is a year-round part-time position with competitive wages. We are closed for major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, and the Fourth of July. Job Summary The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, assisting customers with their shopping needs, offering personalized service, and fostering long-term customer relationships. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and help ensure every client enjoys a memorable visit. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain clientele with a strong focus on personalized service. * Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures. * Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise; assist with inventory entry and product selection. * Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive, team-focused store environment.
