With 2 locations in Oklahoma, Wild Side Smoke Shop has been operating in Oklahoma for over 2 years. We at Wild Side proudly service Oklahoma with world class product selection, coupled with competitive pricing, and industry leading customer service. Working at Wild Side Smoke Shop is a great opportunity to those who are looking to grow within a company, as well as gain valuable management experience. Our company also offers flexible scheduling, as well as health insurance to full time employees. The starting rate for this position is $12-$15/HR. This position is for our Norman location (784 Asp Ave, Norman, Oklahoma) Position: Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service Meet and exceed sales targets and goals Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven sales or customer service experience is a plus Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn Team player with a positive attitude. Dependable Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Requirements

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.00 per hour
