Compensation: * Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Potential Performance Bonuses * 1st Year earnings typically range from $55,000 - $78,000+ (depending on individual performance. Income potential grows as you build your client base and reoccuring revenue. * Top Performers have the ability to exceed this range Responsibilities * Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support. * Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. * Sell a full range of Quadient mail automation equipment, software, and solutions tailored to client needs. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close. * Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently. * Proven experience in business development and B2B sales environments, especially within technology or software sectors. * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively. * Demonstrated ability in technical sales, understanding product features and translating them into client benefits. * Proficiency in Saleschain or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines effectively. * Solid analysis skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic approaches. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate colleagues, and drive results in a competitive landscape.
