Job Summary We are seeking a confident and motivated Consumer Debt Sales Representative to join our growing legal services sales team. In this role, you will speak with consumers who have already expressed interest in getting help with unsecured debt and guide them through an attorney-supervised debt resolution process. Consumer debt in the U.S. continues to grow at historic levels, and the demand for legitimate legal assistance is strong, creating consistent lead flow and real earning potential for the right sales professional. This is not cold B2B sales. You will work with warm inbound and outbound leads, conduct structured consultations, educate consumers on their legal options, and confidently guide qualified clients through enrollment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead conversations toward a decision in a calm, ethical, and confident manner. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers seeking help with credit card and unsecured debt * Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand financial situations, hardship, and goals * Clearly explain attorney-supervised debt resolution services and consumer rights in a compliant and professional manner * Present fee structures confidently and guide qualified clients through enrollment using a consultative, assumptive close * Maintain control of conversations while remaining empathetic and solution-focused * Verify client information accurately and assist with electronic agreement completion * Document all interactions and manage follow-ups using CRM software * Meet or exceed performance metrics related to enrollments, conversion rates, and compliance * Collaborate with leadership, compliance, and legal teams to ensure accurate representation of services Requirements * Experience in inside sales, phone sales, or consultative consumer sales (legal services, debt relief, insurance, financial services, or similar preferred) * Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone * Comfort discussing financial hardship and sensitive personal topics professionally * Ability to follow a structured sales process while sounding natural and conversational * Confident closer who can guide prospects toward a decision without pressure or misrepresentation * Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms * High level of accountability, coachability, and attention to detail * Consistent professionalism and ethical judgment in all client interactions Compensation & Growth * $25/hour base pay * 8% commission per sale * Higher commission tiers unlocked through performance and tenure * Opportunity to transition into higher-tier or full-commission roles for top performers * Advancement opportunities into senior sales, training, or leadership roles * Ongoing training, scripting, and management support Why Join Us * Warm leads from consumers actively seeking help * Ethical, attorney-supervised services--not high-pressure debt settlement * Proven sales process with strong close rates * Stable base pay combined with commission upside * Clear income and career growth path Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits: * Work from home Work Location: Remote
