Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and operational efficiency. * Identify opportunities for business development and implement initiatives to capture new markets. * Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. * Continuously assess processes for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance productivity. * Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase revenue and market share. * Reaching weekly KPIs - Calls, Emails, Follow Ups, Walk-ins, Expos etc. * Prepare reports on business performance, presenting findings to senior management. * Canvasing businesses with a strategic follow up process * Hot & Warm Leads provided each day * Developing long term relationships with clients About Us: Renew Link Solutions is a fast-growing B2B service and payroll company helping small to mid-sized businesses simplify operations and increase profits. Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant at Renew Link, you'll work with business owners and decision-makers to identify problems, pitch solutions, and close deals. From lead rejuvenation services to full payroll management and AI-backed business tools, you'll have a powerful service portfolio to sell. You'll be supported with proven systems, CRM tools, warm lead lists, and performance incentives. Responsibilities: * Identify, engage, and qualify business prospects via calls, social outreach, walk-ins, and email/text outreach * Sell a mix of services including: * Lead reactivation and marketing conversion systems * Digital Marketing packages * SEO/AEO Services * Full-service payroll solutions * AI-powered business consulting and automation tools * Present services through calls, Zoom demos, and in-person consultations * Use provided scripts, tools, and CRM to track and follow up with prospects * Weekly Walk-ins * Set appointments, manage pipelines, and close deals * Meet weekly and monthly performance goals * Collaborate with internal fulfillment and support teams to ensure a smooth handoff * Stay up to date on market trends, client case studies, and RenewLink's service offerings Requirements: * 1+ years of B2B sales, business consulting, or appointment-setting experience * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills * Goal-driven with the ability to work independently * Experience selling services like payroll, accounting, software, or marketing is a big plus * Tech-savvy with basic understanding of CRM and communication tools * Must have reliable phone, computer, and internet and vehicle; hybrid or remote setup welcome Compensation: * Commission-based : 15-25% per closed deal * Average deal size : $1,200-$2,000 * Typical sales per rep : 1-3 new deals per week * Weekly earnings potential : $1,350-$3,500+ depending on performance * Bonuses for meeting targets and top performer incentives * Uncapped earning potential and leadership opportunities * Warm leads, reactivation lists, and full marketing support provide * 1000 Shares given to a limited amount of individuals who join the start up (This is a dividend monthly payout program) * This sales position normally takes 2-3 weeks before you get your first sale.
