Outside Sales Representative / High Commission / Leads Provided Do you love talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals? This role is perfect for someone who's outgoing, competitive, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment. * What You 'll Do: * Generate new business through outreach, networking, walk-ins, and local business visits * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across manufacturing, warehouse, and skilled-trade industries * Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements * Regular follow-ups What We 're Looking For: * Experience in sales , or account management is a huge plus * Outgoing, confident, and great with people * Strong follow-through and ability to juggle multiple clients at once * Comfortable with cold calling, drop-ins, and building your own pipeline * Reliable transportation, organized, and results-driven Pay & Schedule * Day shift * Pay: $100,000 + Background Check and Drug Screen
