The Cashier will provide information and complete sales transactions while maintaining the highest level of Guest service. * Cashiers and Sales Associates have an important role in welcoming guests to the park and maintaining an upbeat, friendly demeanor while * As a Cashier and Sales Associate for Sky Zone, you will build excitement while explaining all programs and activities offered. Qualifications * Ability to provide excellent Guest service in person * Ability to interact and communicate clearly and effectively * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to handle money and credit transactions * Ability to handle and resolve problems * Must have reliable transportation * Must be a minimum of 16 years old * Availability to work week-ends and holidays and some weekday evenings Responsibilities * Greet the Guests * Provide program and pricing information * Enforce Waiver (Participant Agreement) policies * Complete sales transactions and handle cash * Explain Sky Zone court policies * Handle concessions orders * Stock supplies * Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as requested * Maintain regular attendance for all scheduled shifts *College and High School Students Welcome to Apply *May also apply in [please apply online] Southridge Boulevard, Charleston WV Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Application Question(s): * Position requires weekend availability.
