Job Title: Bilingual Salesman (Buy Here Pay Here Car Lot) Job Description (English) We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our Buy Here Pay Here car lot team. The right candidate will be willing to learn all aspects of the business, assist customers, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone * Learn how to speak with customers professionally and confidently * Assist with closing vehicle sales * Learn and complete required paperwork accurately * File documents and keep records organized * Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries * Help keep the car lot clean, organized, and presentable * Learn how to post vehicles and content on social media platforms * Help keep the car lot website updated with current inventory * Perform general office and lot duties as needed Requirements: * Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) * Good communication and customer service skills * Willingness to learn paperwork, sales, and office tasks * Basic computer skills (or willingness to learn) * Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented * Positive attitude and strong work ethic Training: * We are willing to train the right person Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: In person
