Overview

Our Farmers Insurance Agency is growing fast, and we're looking for a highly motivated, competitive Sales Representative who wants to control their income and grow a long-term career in sales. This is a full-time, in-person role, ideal for someone who thrives on goals, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by commission and performance- based pay. If you're hungry to win, coachable, and ready to be rewarded for your effort -- this role is for you. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking
• Convert agency-provided and self-generated leads into closed sales
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Work leads, quotes, and follow-ups daily
• Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and referrals
