You will play a key role in driving sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries and selections. * Share product knowledge to educate customers on features and benefits. * Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or restaurant store environments is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively * Ability to perform merchandising tasks effectively while maintaining a clean work environment. * A proactive attitude towards upselling products to maximize sales opportunities.
