We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers by visiting their homes and businesses, presenting our Roofing services, and building strong relationships that drive business growth. Compensation

Requirements

18+ with reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Strong communication skills and confidence in door to door outreach. self motivated, goal oriented and professional in appearance. ability to learn about roofing services and explain them clearly. Comfortable with outdoor work and walking neighborhoods.

Duties

• Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective clients, showcasing our work and services with confidence and professionalism
• Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored presentations, emphasizing the value of our solutions
• Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the customer and the company
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve sales strategies, and achieve collective targets Skills
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients effectively
• Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable
• Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly articulate product benefits and handle objections confidently
• Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, or warm calling campaigns
• Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business development efforts
