Front Desk Sales & Marketing Associate 25-35 hours/week | Evenings & Some Weekends Required Compensation: Hourly + Team Performance Bonus Eligible We are a growing youth sports training center seeking a reliable, accountable, high-energy team member to serve as a anchor in our small business. This role combines front desk operations, sales, customer service, and light marketing and is critical to the daily success of our facility. Schedule Requirements (non-negotiable): * Weekdays: 4:00-9:00 PM * Some Saturdays: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM * Some Sundays: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM What You 'll Be Responsible For: * Selling and supporting sports tournaments, camps, clinics, private instructors, facility rentals, and training technology * Front desk operations and customer interaction with families and athletes * Consistent follow-up using a CRM system and computer-based tools * Contributing to marketing, social media, networking, and lead generation * Supporting a fast-paced, kid-focused training environment What We 're Looking For: * Proven reliability, consistency, and accountability * Strong communication and sales skills (or demonstrated experience in similar roles) * Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and basic technology * Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities without micromanagement * Enjoys working in a small business where individual effort directly impacts results Strongly Preferred / Bonus Skills: * Baseball, softball, soccer, or general sports background * Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles * Comfort with social media and community outreach * Ability to assist with or train kids in sports (major plus) * College degree preferred, but not required This is not a corporate, clock-in/clock-out role. General Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs at the front desk * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers * Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations * Promote and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities via social media and in person. * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays and maintain facility to standards. * Conduct retail sales activities with a focus on achieving sales targets * Engage in promotional activities and marketing initiatives to attract new customers * Demonstrate consistent ability to upsell products and enhance customer experience.
