About StretchLab StretchLab is the leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, helping people move, feel, and live better. Our Flexologists come from fields like PT, chiropractic, yoga, and Pilates and complete our proprietary training to deliver a world-class experience. Role Overview As a Sales Lead, you'll support studio sales and daily operations with a focus on booking intros, converting memberships, and creating a welcoming, on-brand experience. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their fitness/wellness or retail sales career who's coachable, energetic, and ready to grow. Focus: ~85% sales/revenue activities, ~15% operations/support. What You 'll Do * Drive bookings: Call/text/email leads, schedule Intro sessions, confirm appointments, and follow up after visits. * Convert memberships: Present options, overcome objections, and close with integrity; hit weekly/monthly KPIs. * Lead generation: Support grass-roots marketing, local events, and business outreach; capture and track new leads. * Member care: Greet every guest, check in/out, handle questions, and elevate service issues to the GM as needed. * CRM & reporting: Update lead/member notes and pipelines in ClubReady; keep dashboards accurate and current. * Studio support: Restock retail, tidy/organize the front area, and ensure signage, forms, and literature are ready. * Team coordination: Partner with Flexologists and the GM to keep the schedule full and the studio humming. * Brand ambassador: Represent StretchLab professionally in-studio and at community events. What You Bring * 1+ year of customer-facing sales or service experience (fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or call center). Membership or subscription sales a plus --training provided. * Strong communicator (in person, phone, text, and email) with a friendly, confident presence. * Comfortable with goals, KPIs, and structured follow-up; competitive and coachable. * Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment. * Tech-friendly (POS/CRM experience helpful; ClubReady experience is a plus but not required). * Passion for health, wellness, or fitness--and a desire to help people move and feel better. * Professional, punctual, reliable, and team-oriented. Growth Path High performers can grow into Senior Sales Lead and Assistant/Studio Sales Manager roles. Schedule Full-time; must be available for a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts. Some local event work may occur off-site.
