Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Pure Barre is more than just a workout. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop effective marketing strategies, foster client relationships, and enhance account management practices. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties Sales Duties - 70% * Implement sales strategies to achieve set targets and objectives * Lead generation including planning and attending "grass roots marketing" and networking events * Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes * Assist with studio retail sales * Manage memberships in studio CRM Platform * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective retention strategies and programs * Ensure Daily Lead Management checklist is executed by yourself or sales team * Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio * Review all SOPs from Corporate Sales team * Communicate SOP + weekly scripts to Sales Associates and Teacher monthly and as needed * Manage email, text, and call communications Operational Duties - 30% * Supervise studio sales staff and manage sales staff schedule * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio * Enforce studio policies and procedures * Ensure all retail merchandise, forms, administrative supplies and studio literature are stocked, organized, and visible. * Any other duties as assigned by studio owner Skills * Proven experience in outside sales and management roles. * Proficiency with CRM softwares for managing customer relationships. * Excellent objection handling skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. * Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a diverse team. * Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
