The ideal candidate for our Assistant Account Manager role has 2 or more years of customer service experience in a professional office environment. A successful Assistant Account Manager will be able to communicate with clarity and warmth, manage frequent interruptions, and thrive on prioritizing effectively at a quick pace. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist clients with policy changes and service requests, properly documenting all activity in the Agency Management System. * Engage in renewal process at direction of Account Manager, providing support on applications, documentation, review, and client communication as requested. * Process changes to policies including driver, vehicle, property, and address updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Prepare and distribute Proofs of Insurance, including identification cards, binders, and other documentation as requested on a routine basis * Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, or documentation, and escalate issues as appropriate. * Work in tandem with Carrier Underwriting teams to assure pre and post policy issuance compliance and updates as needed * Monitor and follow up on claims activity and documentation in coordination with clients, carriers, and internal Claims Specialists. * Gather underwriting information and assist with quoting and marketing efforts for new and renewal accounts. * Identify opportunities and prepare proposals to introduce clients/prospects to additional products and services offered by Enders. * Maintain current contact and policy data in the agency management system for all assigned clients. * Participate in client meetings or internal sales/service team discussions as requested. * Stay current on insurance industry trends, products, and licensing through study and continuing education. * Assist with general office tasks, including phone coverage, as needed. * Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES * Communication proficiency * Ethical conduct * Flexibility * Initiative * Time management EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or GED equivalent require * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite * Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
