• Close pre-qualified and self-generated leads (we'll help with both)
• Conduct roof inspections and create clear, accurate estimates
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and project timelines
• Manage installs from sale to final cleanup
• Collaborate with install crews to deliver on promises Pay & Incentives:
• W2 + 10% commission on every roof
• Paid training, monthly bonuses, team events
• OTE: $100,000-$160,000+ (uncapped)
• Performance-based company truck Schedule & Location:
• Based in Baton Rouge, LA (must live within 45 minutes of 70816)
• Mornings, evenings, and some weekends as needed Must-Have

Qualifications

:

• 2-5 years in sales, construction, or project management
• Valid driver's license + insured, reliable vehicle
• Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
