The AT&T Sales Representative is the backbone of our high-performance sales operation, delivering smart, timely solutions that impact both revenue and customer satisfaction. The AT&T Sales Representative will collaborate closely with account managers, sales leads, and customer service teams to ensure every customer touchpoint is intentional, impactful, and aligned with client goals. Responsibilities
:
- Serve as a critical link between internal teams and customer-facing operations
- Provide real-time support to sales teams to accelerate deal closures directly in communities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally in person
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure consistent communication with customer stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Track sales activity and assist in maintaining accurate CRM records
What You Bring
as an AT &T Sales Representative:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Experience in a sales, or customer success role
- A customer-first mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation
& Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Employment Type: W2
- Earnings: Commission-BasedAT&T Sales Representatives earn $80 to $150 per qualified lead converted into a sale. On average, associates earn between $3,200-$4,800/monthly.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
- Job Locations: Main Houston office location and field locations in surrounding cities/areas as assigned.
- Clients & Products: Promote AT&T's wireless phone, internet, and TV services. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month Work Location: In person
