Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle by actively listening to their needs. * Be an expert on our vehicles. Understand all product offerings, packages, and the latest technologies available. * Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and used vehicles. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. * Master objections and excel in sales interactions. * Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on goals, plans, and performance analysis. * Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day. Qualifications * Flexible availability, including weekends. * Quick learner, eager to grasp product details and features. * Excellent communication skills with customers. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Clean driving record as per dealership standards. * Willing to undergo a background check before employment. Base pay plus commission plan: Range $85,000-$150,000
