Compensation * Base Pay: $15-$25 per pool serviced (based on experience) * Commission: 5% on all sales (chemicals, equipment, services, accessories) * Total Earning Potential: $450-$1250+ per week Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM About This Role Elite Pool Services is hiring a sales-minded Pool & Spa Account Manager to manage an established route of residential and commercial pool customers in the Greater Birmingham area. This is not cold calling or door-to-door sales. You'll work with existing customers who already trust our brand, building relationships and earning commission through helpful recommendations and expert service. No pool experience required -- we provide full paid training.
