With a dedicated team of 23 professionals, we are looking to expand with talented individuals who share our passion for exceptional customer service. Position Overview As a Account Manager , you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting with policy management, claims, and renewals. You may also be working on new business opportunities for walk ins or call ins, but no solicitation/production requirements will be included with this role. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, including policy changes, claims assistance, and renewal processing. * Quote renewal accounts and/or new business accounts. * Manage client accounts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Utilize customer management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to maintain and update client information. * Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding service and support agency growth. * Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness. * Stay up to date with industry trends and coverage changes to better serve clients. Qualifications & Skills: * Prior experience in an insurance agency or a strong background in customer service, or sales. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with data entry and customer management systems. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. * Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, but not required (must be obtained after hire - all costs covered by the agency).
