Full job description Job Overview Candidate must have an active Property & Casualty license to be considered At the Icon Insurance O.T.,LLC , which is part of the Allstate family, we are seeking a care-driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, this position would be HIBRYD , with a rotating schedule that includes both in-office and remote work. team members will rotate every 2 to 4 weeks . * Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and in person * Assist with billing inquiries, policy changes, endorsements, and general account support * Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, care, and efficiency * Demonstrate empathy and genuine interest in helping customers with their insurance needs * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions * Collaborate with the sales team by identifying sales opportunities and transferring potential leads to a licensed sales representative * Stay up to date on policy guidelines, company processes, and customer service best practices Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles (insurance experience a plus) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized * Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM or agency management systems * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required * A passion for helping people and a strong sense of responsibility This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in being the first point of contact for customer needs.
