Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to serve as a Retail Energy Brand Ambassador and join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of TXU Energy standing with HIGH ENERGY inside retail stores such as H-E-B, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the best energy plan for them. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers ON YOUR FEET while people are moving in and out of the store will be important in driving sales and is a MAJOR part in the position. This job is not your average marketing job, starting at $15 plus incentive bonus per enrollment. Responsibilities * Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and product knowledge. * Utilize a carnival type attitude and personality to upsell products and services, maximizing sales opportunities. * Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Stay informed about product promotions and store policies to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. * Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is a plus. * Candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction. * A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
