Job Duties Include: Stocking the retail case with cookies neatly each morning, keeping the case filled throughout the day, and storing the cookies each evening. Assisting clients with cookie purchases, boxing cookies, answering the shop phone, and taking custom cookie orders. Cleaning the cookie case, counter, and floors each evening, too. Other tasks include assembling cookie boxes, packaging cookies, keeping a clean space, etc. We are looking for people who can work multiple shifts per week, including Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Required Skills: Must have exceptional customer service/ people skills. Each client must be greeted in a friendly manner and must politely and informatively advise/ assist all clients. Employee must have a positive working attitude. The Whimsy Cookie Company offers cookies in a boutique atmosphere. The Front Ends Sales Associates represent the brand and serve as each clients' first impression of the Whimsy Cookie Company brand. Each individual task the employee undergoes (be it cleaning, packaging, customer relations, etc.) is expected to be performed with impeccable care of the product, packaging/ presentation, and the Whimsy brand.
