For more information, visit [please apply online] Wage Range: $17.15 - $24.00 USD, hourly What You 'll Do: * Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our Core Values and provide a seamless and memorable, in-store experience for our customers * Drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a superior level of product knowledge and customer service * Perform day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing procedures, POS/cash handling, fitting, merchandising and receiving and processing stock * Maintain a clean and organized store appearance ie. cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining water installations and fixtures * Other duties as required What We 're Looking For: * 1+ years of retail or customer service experience * Passion for delivering exceptional customer service * Excellent communication skills * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work flexible hours and holidays What You 'll Get: * Opportunity to help build an ever-evolving brand * Competitive wage * 40% Family & Friends Discount * Free Vessi product and 50% Employee Discount At Vessi, we are committed to creating an environment where all team members feel welcome and have the opportunity to succeed.
