WHAT WE OFFER: * Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) * Paid Training * Paid Vacation * Flexible Schedule * Growing department * Weekly Goal bonus * Weekly pay and weekly bonus opportunites Automotive Sales Associate RESPONSIBILITIES: * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. * Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. * Build strong rapport with customers. * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. * Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis Automotive Sales Associate REQUIREMENTS: * Previous dealership experience is a huge plus * Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's * Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing * Have quality customer service skills * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Possess strong communication skills * Must have a clean & valid driver's license Qualifications * Dealership experience in automotive sales * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proficiency in outbound sales and sales support * Ability to effectively communicate over the phone * Retail sales experience and understanding of sales processes * Knowledge of inventory management and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,804.50 - $180,023.31 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Rockford, MI 49341: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
