Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Full Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Retirement Plan 401K Requirements What We're Looking For: * Experience - Preferred experience in commercial roofing sales and management. * Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, coatings, etc.). * Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving revenue growth. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex projects. * Familiarity with Oklahoma commercial construction markets and regulations is a plus. Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: * Lead Commercial Sales Growth - Develop and execute strategies to expand Rose Rock Roofing's commercial roofing portfolio. * Manage & Mentor Sales Team - Train, coach, and support commercial sales representatives to exceed targets. * Build Strategic Relationships - Establish and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors, developers, and building owners. * Pipeline Management - Oversee commercial leads, bids, proposals, and contract negotiations. * Close High-Value Deals - Lead negotiations on large-scale commercial roofing projects. * Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with project managers and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Market Awareness - Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitive activity in the Oklahoma market.
