Now Hiring: Commercial Sales Manager Edmond, Oklahoma | Full-Time Rose Rock Roofing is expanding our commercial division, and we're looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to help lead the charge. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader with a strong background in commercial roofing, relationship-driven sales, and team leadership. Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Experience - Preferred experience in commercial roofing sales and management.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, coatings, etc.).
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex projects.
• Familiarity with Oklahoma commercial construction markets and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead Commercial Sales Growth - Develop and execute strategies to expand Rose Rock Roofing's commercial roofing portfolio.
• Manage & Mentor Sales Team - Train, coach, and support commercial sales representatives to exceed targets.
• Build Strategic Relationships - Establish and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors, developers, and building owners.
• Pipeline Management - Oversee commercial leads, bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Close High-Value Deals - Lead negotiations on large-scale commercial roofing projects.
• Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with project managers and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Market Awareness - Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitive activity in the Oklahoma market.
