EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH First Month: $5,000 - $8,000 (training + performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission) Experienced Advisors: $12,000 - $20,000 + per month Sales Leaders: $200,000 - $350,000 + annually Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.
