Job Title: Full-Time Sales Associate (30-40 hours / week) Overview : The Sales Associate role is responsible for running all "front of house" fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on a premier customer experience, as well as meeting sales expectations. Sales Associates are responsible for membership sales, maintaining premier customer experience levels, and contacting prospective members until they join. Job Benefits Include: * Complimentary Premier Membership (unlimited classes, valued at $170/month) * Preferred pricing on OTF retail, including Lululemon, Nike, Vuori, Beyond Yoga and performance trackers * Flexible hours with early mornings, midday, night, and weekend shifts available * Benefits including health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance available * Competitive pay with opportunities to increase pay via individual commissions for membership sales and quarterly raise opportunities * Opportunities for upward mobility within the company * Working in a fast paced, energetic and positive environment * Personal and professional development through strategic coaching * Motivated, team focused competitions * Working in a constantly evolving culture and technology-based company that provides education through knowledge checks on Orangetheory platforms and frequent trainings Job Duties Include: * Maintains accurate records of conversations with members using established OTF systems * Responsible for conducting a minimum of 40 calls per shift to prospective members * Collecting self generated leads towards the studio goal each shift * Complete all shift duties and cleaning tasks according to the daily checklist * Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area * Works closely with Coaches to provide a premier experience for our members (introducing new members, celebrating milestones, etc.) * Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF workshops * Attend weekly team meeting and at least 1 marketing event per month * Handle and resolve client account concerns/questions in a respectful and timely manner (within 24 hours) * Greet, check in, and assign members starting positions before each class * Responsible for contributing to your studios monthly self-generated lead goal Job Qualifications * Excellent customer service skills * Minimum of 1 year sales experience * Be able to troubleshoot studio operations (technology, equipment, member accounts, etc.) * Be a problem solver and advocate for a solution for members and the business * Professional verbal and written communication skills * Able to balance and excel in a fast-paced work environment * Currently maintaining a healthy fitness and wellness regimen * High school diploma and/or GED, college experience required * Collaborates well with others * Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekend hours, marketing and weekend events as needed Orangetheory Culture Virtues: Humble, Hungry and Smart Reporting Structure: Studio Leader Performance appraisal: 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, and quarterly Compensation: $10-$15/hour + individual monthly commission, OTF Premier Membership, health benefits available Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Ability to Commute: * Birmingham, AL 35235 (Required) Work Location: In person
